Mmmmm, coconut... I love it in curries but, sadly, N doesn't. Still, there are rumours of a Thai restaurant opening in our little town. I'm very much hoping that (a) they're true and (b) it's a good one, not like the short-lived Mexican restaurant - which made 'margaritas' from tequila and Rose's lime cordial.
