This is daughter, and yes my mother and her camera can occasionally be extremely embarrassing. I have now learned that I just need to continue walking and act like I don’t know her, and people just stare strangely at her and not me.
I came to Bangkok in July 2005 with my husband's job and two children (both at International School). I'm writing a novel and a non-fiction book. I read, sleep and potter creatively. I make hats and costumes and I run a book club.

Oh dear...it's far too early on a Friday morning (or any morning) for that photo.
Now that's an outfit that I can't see me wearing!
Oh my good lord. No. There simply aren't the words. Those sort of undies are designed for bums that look like cold porridge, are they?
DJ, too early and too late, I reckon.
Debs, nope, me neither.
Jen, strictly for Thai bottoms, I'd say and not lardy arses who sit on their bottoms all day.
Well, that's one way to guarantee me keeping my bum firmly on my seat all day! Bit nippy though!
Never in a million years!! Definitely designed for dainty Thai bums!!

You can't see what he/she/it is doing with the other dummy. Which is probably just as well.
Now how is that meant to keep my bum warm on a winter's day? And if I was wearing - it certainly wouldn't look attractive.
:-)
I'm speechless (and that doesn't happen often).

Wonder if I can buy one online? There's someone I want to scare... :D
That looks terribly uncomfortable! But I imagine might be appreciated by the male species!

Hmmm... not sure what to say about that one!
Were you tempted to take a black marker pen and draw a couple of smiley faces?
