OMG

Oh no.

They were conjoined.

I was careless; too rough.

No gentle surgery that might have saved them both…

Brutal, selfish, precipitous.

Oh dear! Perhaps you can use a tea strainer in order to save them?

(p.s. my word verification is 'nopece' which made me think 'no peace'. Ha.)

Cally, what no sympathy? I can't afford to lose teabags you know...

Angie, ooh, I'm not sure I can be arsed to do that! Lol.

LPlate, oh that makes me so pleased.

Zinnia, your support is appreciated. ;-D

Lane, well no, actually, though Husband's piano teacher is on her way back with supplies ... soon, I hope. But I'm counting them out and eeking them...

Chris, it was really stupid and careless and made me very sad.

Swerdnic, but they are so very expensive when imported... particularly at the rate I drink them!

You'll just have to get out the little sievey thing.
(You do have a little sievey thing, don't you? If not, I can send one by UPS-24. Appreciating the urgency of the situation, and all that.)

Leigh, I'm so glad you realise that this is a serious situation... I might have a big sievey thing that I could work with ... it might be a bit messy. But that would save you the £27.50 it'd cost to send the £1.50 small sievey thing, wouldn't it?

Oh no!

Hmmm, couldn't you just sieve it through a piece of muslin? I'm sure you must have some somewhere?

Oh, JJ - to be thinking of me (and my finances) at a time like this... I bow down before your great humility, and your willingness to tea-strain (did you get that?) in less than perfect circumstances. I hope that your clothes remain dry (enough for you to enjoy what is left of your tea).
