- Jenny Beattie
- I moved with my family to Bangkok in July 2005. What do I do? I make hats and costumes; I’ve written articles, a novel and a non-fiction book is underway… I've held a variety of volunteer positions within the expat community. Tea stains is where I write and illustrate the things that consume me: life in Thailand, shop windows, books, cats, making, hats, fascinators, tea and the colour orange.

Caroline, you will see, when the thing in the post arrives, why I was just a wee bit green looking into that house. Isn't it lovely?
Queenie, isn't it great? I couldn't stop looking. Everywhere my gaze fell was some other tiny piece of magic. (I think the Swan Vestas were my fav.)
Fia, I think there would be a fight, a brawl to become tenant there...
Carol, isn't it lovely? Angela did such a wonderful job. The place was heaving. One of my favourite afternoons here...
