No dribbling allowed

I must take care not to dribble.
We also found 'Gap' and 'Fat Face' and I bought a copy of Dorothea Brande's 'Becoming a Writer' which I thought was impossible to find.

Hi JJ

I love your meters that show how many visitors you've had. Blogging is quite amazing isn't it? AND a wonderful resource for us procrastinators! I've only recently discovered the joys of procrastinating in the virtual world, not the least of which is that I've encountered so many lovely people, both real and virtual.

When I started writing, I was obsessional about keeping a daily word count. Each evening I redid my totals and became stressed if I wrote less than 2,000 words a day, evey day. I was completely addicted. As I started writing quite randomly this year for no reason, I was also nervous that if I stopped, I'd never be able to resume writing. I'm more relaxed about it now (especially since I discovered blogging).

Fortunately I finished the first three novels in my series before I discovered blogging, as I have a contract for 3 books with a publisher, and my writing has slowed down a LOT now that I've started my blog. Please feel free to visit it. You've very welcome to join in the discussions.

Fat Face?! They have some lovely PJs in stock at the moment. Great for wearing whilst writing!

You need to be careful posting images like that. The parental controls on my browser will start filtering out your blog.

(Did you get the case that went with them?)

Hi Leigh R, welcome and thank you. I shall be over to yours shortly.

Jen, I know, we drooled. I like Fat Face...

Angie, Thanks, we did! Fat Face is a British surfy clothes shop that I believe started in Cornwell. The clothes are lovely, and not too 'surfy' looking.

Rebecca, we had lots of lovely food, quite regularly too! It's amazing how hungry you get while shopping.

Lane, Really? oooh, something rather freaky going on there. Another celestial twin (Jen and I have other, odd things in common!)

Helen, I didn't see PJs. I did buy a couple of tops, though!

Leigh, yes, i thought these last two posts might give the search engines a bit of stress! No, I didn't. I thought I was going to get into terrible trouble buying three books! They aren't cheap! But when I got home, Husband said 'Oh, I expected worse than that.' Why don't they tell us these things before?
