The Departure hall at Suvarnabhumi (pronounce: Sue Van a Bum - The 'Bum' bit should sound like you're a northerner not a southerner!) Airport, Bangkok:
What a gorgeous arrivals hall! Especially after all the nasty Ryanair hubs I've been to recently - nothing more than a tent in a field - it's nice to see something that pretty!
Only one more day and I will be gazing at the Departure Hall in Suvarnabhumi.....although I can guarantee that the airport at my destination will be nowhere near as lovely as yours!!
I moved with my family to Bangkok in July 2005. What do I do? I make hats and costumes; I’ve written articles, a novel and a non-fiction book is underway… I've held a variety of volunteer positions within the expat community.
Tea stains is where I write and illustrate the things that consume me: life in Thailand, shop windows, books, cats, making, hats, fascinators, tea and the colour orange.

That's the most wonderful arrivals hall I've ever seen.
Aw that looks gorgeous!
Enjoy your writing time, I can see I'm going to have to pull my finger out to try and keep up with you now.
Did the plane land in a field aswell? Looks fabulous.

Yvonne, I chuckle every time I see it. Husband and I say 'I need to get a coffee - do you think I can make it to the cafe and back?' We are so sad.
Debs, isn't it pretty?

Do you know, I really thought I'd commented on the lovely arrivals hall! I think I'm going a bit loopy. Only A bit? :-)
It's okay Annie, I'm talking to myself out loud in a Yeovil accent. Join the club!
