I don't bake...part two

Yesterday I said that I would post Daughter on World Book Day 2004.

Here she is: two pictures for her as I loved the attitude in the close up shot.

She was Medusa.

Now I think you can see why the solicitor woman told me I took it a bit too seriously! You’d think I was in the Hollywood films the time I took concocting these costumes.

Brilliant! I'm so going as Medusa to the next fancy dress party I'm invited to (and I'm totally copying your costume ;o)) You should go into business!

I agree, that is amazing! It's really weird how writers are creative in other ways too. I used to knit the most ghastly cardigans when mohair was in fashion. I remember one I knit with a leaf pattern up both sides....in bottle green... actually in colours like Medusa! So sad. x

Absolutely amazing! I think Calistro is right - you could run a hugely sucessful business - that is when you're not writing that is :-)

That is an AMAZING outfit ~ I want a head-dress like that!

You've got a real talent there ~ maybe you SHOULD be working in films? When I was little we only had a choice of 2 fancy dress costumes: ghost, or clown...... Nothing as inventive as yours :-(

You're so artistic. Now I know who to contact for ideas should I need to think of something in the future.

She looks amazing...you should be very proud of those costumes my dear!! My Mum was good at putting things together too....I once went out at Halloween dressed as a tetley tea bag and was the envy of all my friends!!

Fantastic, one Christmas one of my boys was a 'mince pie' and the other was a 'turkey' life used to be so simple, a tea towel and a piece of bailer twine
